Learn how herbs can support rest, resilience, and everyday well-being in this 4 Week Herbal Workshop Series with Herbalist Betty Norton.
As the season begin to change, nature reminds us to slow down, take a breath, and prepare for a new rhythm. Yet for many of us, life continues to move at full speed. We find ourselves feeling stretched thin, running on empty, struggling to sleep, or simply longing for a little more balance.
This four-session herbal workshop series is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and discover how plants can gently support your body through the stresses of everyday life.
Together, we’ll explore how herbs, nourishing foods, and simple daily practices can help support the nervous system, encourage restful sleep, build resilience, and restore steady, sustainable energy. Along the way, you’ll gain practical herbal knowledge, create beautiful handmade remedies, and leave with the confidence to continue using herbs at home.
Whether you’re completely new to herbal medicine or looking to deepen your knowledge, these gatherings offer a welcoming space to learn, create, ask questions, and connect with a community of like-minded people.

✨ Hands-On Herbal Medicine Making
Every session includes hands-on herbal medicine making, giving you the opportunity to learn by doing while creating remedies you’ll enjoy long after the workshop has finished.
🌼 More Than a Workshop
These gatherings are about more than making herbal remedies. They’re an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and spend time in a supportive community while learning practical skills you can carry into everyday life.
Throughout the series you’ll enjoy:
- Gentle, practical herbal education
- A gentle guide to supporting restful sleep
- Beautiful recipes and detailed handouts
- Seasonal plant profiles to continue your learning at home
- Hands-on experience creating your own herbal medicines
- Plenty of time for questions, conversation, and connection
You’ll leave each session with handmade herbal creations, practical knowledge, and a deeper appreciation for the plants growing all around us.
Most importantly, you’ll gain simple, sustainable tools to help you feel calmer, sleep more deeply, restore your energy, and confidently incorporate herbs into your daily life.
