  • 2 cups dandelion flowers
  •  1 cup fresh peppermint or spearmint (removed from stem and chopped into smaller pieces)
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • optional 1/2 cup granulated sugar or honey (optional, can use dandelion flower honey or sugar)
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and fresh dandelion flowers for garnish (optional)
Here’s how to make the lemonade:
1. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Pour the boiling water over the dandelion flowers and mint. Add sweetener if desired
3. Add lemon juice to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
