Who We Are

Hi, we’re Betty & Sarah — two friends, herbalists, and co-creators of Dancing Moon Herbals. Our journey together began over a decade ago when Sarah joined Betty’s herbal apprenticeship.

Betty

Betty has been teaching herbal medicine for over 20 years, and practicing for even longer, starting her learning journey at the early age of 16. Sharing her deep knowledge, intuition, and a touch of cheeky magic with students from all walks of life. She’s the heart of our workshops, the keeper of supplies, and the soul people come back for time and again.

Sarah

Sarah brings her own warm welcome, a love of herbs, and the tech magic that helps keep our community connected — from designing our website and booklets to managing payments and emails. Together, we blend wisdom and creativity, plants and pixels, to make herbal learning accessible, joyful, and deeply rooted in connection.
